PIF '08 ITINERARY
Fri June 13th
I will be at 4H camp at about noon. If you think you may be there early or
around that time, please email me and I will get you my cell number.
Gas grill will be fired up at any time someone is hungry, we will have burgers
and dogs available.
6:15PM all that want to join the NY-W ice cream ride will leave the camp for the
40 minute ride to the meeting place. The ice cream ride leaves Tinker Park in
Henrietta NY at 7PM and will end in Bloomfield NY (very near the 4H camp).
We will have a campfire and BS session into the evening.
The Super 8, and other motels are about 10-15 minutes from the camp.
Sat June 14th
Garmin Route - PIF Day Ride
Campers will have to road trip to Canandaigua for breakfast (unless you bring
your own) so we will start the day ride there.
The day ride will leave from the parking lot of the Super 8 in Canandaigua at
9:30AM -

We will go south around a few of the finger lakes and stop at Taughannock Falls
for a half way break. This will be a great place to take some pictures!
From there we will head north along Cayuga lake all the way up to Lake Ontario.
We travel west along the lake to arrive at the PIF picnic sight at 2PM.
I have the route available as a Mapsource file for your Garmin and will email if
you would like it
Here is where we will be surprising our recipients. These young men and their
families are being told that the team boosters are throwing them a combined
graduation party.
After the give-away event we will have a catered picnic lunch ($10 per person
please).
The raffle drawings will follow lunch, with departure soon after.
Saturday evening we have a few choices.
Some may want to stop at the Finger Lakes Race Track for horse races and slot
machines.
We may have a movie night at the 4H camp and of course the bonfire and BS
session.
There are many people who would like to see Niagara Falls while they are in the
area and we are only 110 miles from there (2 hours highway time).
I am planning to lead a group on Sunday morning (we can take the long way if
everyone has time).
